Today, Miss Molly had her final Easter party at Pre-School. She sure is growing up fast! At 8am, she got to do her Easter Egg hunt. 8:30 she got to sit with "THE" Easter Bunny and take her picture. She was so funny... She was a little nervous at first...asking if "the" Easter Bunny was big...lol.
When they got done with the egg hunt and songs, they sat down for the pot-luck luncheon. These kids ate like tiny little kings!!... There was ham, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, veggies & fruit, and we had cake afterward. The kids weren't suppose to have cake... They were to have yogurt covered pretzels or cookies... (but we didn't know that until Molly scarfed down her piece...oops.) I think her teacher, Miss Renessa, knew from the get. She could tell by Molly's running pattern that some super powered form of sugar was coursing through her veins.

After that, all the classmates performed their Easter program. They all sang "Hop Along Little Bunny" with their hand-made pink bunny ears.

Miss Molly graduates pre-school in May and will start school in August. It will be bittersweet to say the least. These innocent days are close to the end. Once they start school, time rushes by and we are lucky if we remember what day it is. By August of this year, we will have 9,8,7 and 5 year old babies. Where does all that time go? It seems like just a few months ago we held our babies in our arms and now - we hope they remember to hug us bye before they rush off to play with their friends.
Anyhow... before I get too teary-eyed... Take a look at one of the cutest pictures I've ever seen...
I love how you can see the happiness in both their eyes.
